Overripe Bunchers are slow to level, just like the rest of the family line, but are very powerful familiars. 

Overripe Bunchers, if serenaded before-hand as Yellow or Green Bunchers, will be of the 'Star' alignment. However wild Overripe Bunchers will be of the 'Moon' alignment.

They can metamorphize from Yellow Bunchers starting at level 25, and have a max level of 62. While they prefer Flan, which boosts their Defense, an Overripe Buncher's best stat is their Attack. At 300+, they are one of the strongest familiars that Esther can equip (especially with that Esther/Flora bonus which boosts his attack by 10%!)

Their insane offense, coupled with pretty decent defenses, make them a strong candidate for Esther's roster. Their only worry is their slow attack speed and movement, which are both 2 stars out of 5, but those aforementioned defenses allow it to tank long enough to strike back.

As a side note, Overripe Bunchers are particularly effective when farming for Tokotoko's outside of Perdida. Should Oliver and company come across two Tokotoko's, and have caught them by surprise, time is of the essence should you wish to defeat both and get a staggering 17,000 experience. Overripe Bunchers, as Green Bunchers, get the move ‘Stalamitts’, which attacks any enemy on the field with physical damage. Use “All-Out Attack”, which you will have access to at this point in the story, and use Stalagmitts on the Tokotoko farthest away from your Buncher. It should go down in one hit, allowing the Overripe Buncher to focus on the second Tokotoko that is nearby. Use Belly Buster, another Green Buncher move, and it should take the Tokotoko down a few seconds after the advantage bonus wears off.
